Rocket’s All Company meeting brought thousands of team members together at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. I produced five distinct activation elements within the event, each creating a different branded experience while working together as part of the larger environment.
My scope covered the activations from planning and creative development through budgeting, fabrication, vendor coordination, installation and on-site execution, all within the demands and compressed timelines of a major arena event.
